So my Colgate login has been reactivated which is very exciting, but meant that I had to spend an hour and half cleaning out the inbox for my Colgate email as apparently they saved all of the emails even from when it was deactivated (to the tune of about 1200 messages). My head hurts...

But it's always interesting to find emails from people months after the fact...heh.
