My life in bullet points, as sleep beckons.

•Excel Saga 14=LOVE and hilarity. Mr. Owner and Ms. Manager? Possibly my favorite characters.

•Vampire: The Masquerade sourcebooks=also love, although a bit more like academic 'work'. I'm going through World of Darkness book at the moment (location, location, location!). Which reminds me, K? Shadow Lord and Glass Walkers? How's the interaction?

•Excessive worry about the future=definitely there. I started preparing for college my freshman year of high school so I'm a little panicky all of a sudden at having 'only' two years to figure things out.

•Reviewing Chinese=alright. I wish there was a way for me to get speaking practice, though.

•Work=ranges from bland to outright annoying.

•Family=doing alright. Nothing big to report.

•Netflix (okay this is random, but bear with me)=just realized that even in the best case scenario, I will have at least 450 dvds in my queue when I return to 'Gate (I have about 480 right now). I'll probably drop down to the 1 dvd at a time plan once school starts, for obvious reasons.

I'm SO CURIOUS about the ending to Excel Saga. We haven't seen Ilpalazzo in several volumes, though . . . I want to know so much! I want him to have interaction with Excel! What about Hyatt--is it really psychosomatic? What happened to the romance in the government office, since it was completely ignored in this volume? GAAAAAAAAAAH, I want to knoooooow!! Volume 15, come out soon!

I would check the Shadow Lord book for details, but they get along when they have to. I imagine they would work together if Shadow Lords needed to do something in a Glass Walker city, but the Shadow Lords probably think they're superior. I doubt the Margrave thinks it's cool to try to blend in with humans like that. I'll check the Werewolf book tonight and see what it says on their respective tribe pages. Personally, Tyra rather likes Glass Walkers (read the story about her past! ^_^), since she has more in common with them interest-wise.

You already have several viable plans for the future, so think of those! You won't really be able to "choose" between them until you see what's available your senior year, but keep an eye on application dates so you know. I don't know how long the Peace Corps application process is; I could see it taking two years or something. I personally think that's a cool idea, though.

I had a heckuva time reviewing Japanese to pass the 202 final and get into 301 >_< It's HARD to do on your own. Maybe when Brandon-kun gets back you can call him up and chat in Chinese.

I hear you on Netflix. I got mine down to 467 by paring away some things I didn't really want to see and buying a ton more at the Suncoast sale, but still, that's a lot. My goal is to get through Lost season 1 by the beginning of school, but I don't think that will happen. I'm going down to one DVD at a time, too. Stupid school, interfering with our anime! Blech.

Okay, so I read your question about the Shadow Lords and Glass Walkers, and I had the funniest mental image - a couple of stereotypical Glass Walkers, one on a cell phone and one using a Blackberry and both looking very high tech standing across the room from a couple of stereotypical Shadow Lords who are a little demented from in-breeding and think they should, by bloodright, be ruling the world about now, with both pairs eyeing each other askance, and then one person from each pair muttering to his fellow simultaneously, "They're fucking nuts!"
