Well, I'm not exempt from taking calls. I just do email support TOO. But I don't mind emails; they are generally easier than calls because you can end them when you want, and you can check for clarity and accuracy before sending. Also you don't have to repeat the hard-to-understand stuff thirty times to make sure it sinks in. What makes it tough is that we're supposed to respond within 48 hours, but we are perpetually behind because there are just SO MANY.
Kana came back up today, actually, and we DIDN'T lose those emails. Which is good, because now we can respond and people won't get mad that they never heard back. But it also means we have literally 200 emails that need responses, and I need to do them all tomorrow.
Yeah, the more I think about the shirt the less I'm a fan. Although the grain of truth is that I (and I know other girls do this) DO fall for fictional men occasionally.
