Oh, Twilight fandom, stay classy

Watchmen fandom currently may be eating my life. But Twilight fandom will always have the ability to crush my soul. Case in point. (link not entirely safe for work)

The horrifying hilarity really needs to be taken item by item.

1) A TwiMom (fan of the Twilight series who is over 25 and/or a mother; see also www.twilightmoms.com, oh how I wish I was joking) takes the little Edward Cullen action figure/doll they released and makes it into a vibrator.

I'll pause here for a moment to let y'all digest that.

2) Said TwiMom brings Pocket Vibrating Edward to some TwiCon event. This has disturbing implications of its own - she couldn't leave it at home? Really?

3) The TwiMom wins a private lunch with some of the actors from the movie, and not only brings Pocket Vibrating Edward along with her, but WHIPS IT OUT in the middle of lunch and requests that they autograph it.

There may not be enough D: in the world to express my feelings, guys.

Oh, and the coy line near the end; "This was a rudimentary design, though, so I promised he would be more "user-friendly" by TwiCon SF." TWIHARDS, PLZ STOP DESTROYING MY FAITH IN HUMANITY, KTHXBAI.

For the user-friendly nature of the product to be relevant, she must be planning to sell it, share it, and/or demonstrate it in public.

It's okay, though, because I have the newest Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) book, and Eric is teh sexx. I'll concentrate on that. Yay, Viking vampires! Boo, Cullen vampires!
