I have found an incredibly cracktastic (for me, anyway) LJ community.

It's for people who work or worked in customer service, retail, or anything else 'customer-based', to post horror stories.

I will probably post some of my own stories, when I have time. But I really wish I had discovered this a couple of years ago...

Well, I did get some work done tonight. I basically just used my Ryvius time reading the website. Ah well.
