Um. I've never seen Dreamgirls or Gods and Monsters, so I guess I can't comment. (Note this is also confirmed by EW.) But, is the two-movies thing official? WHY? I mean, besides getting the maximum amount of cash out of the fangirls, which in all fairness has been a driving motivation of the franchise for a while now. I just...what are they going to DO for two two-hour movies? I honestly do not get it.
