I think only one person will recognize the quote in my subject heading--yep, K, it's in honor of ch. 6 which I just downloaded. Ah, my freshman year...what a time, what a time.
I really meant to update, but our internet kind of cut out for a few days (it was a phone issue, but it wasn't...I really don't know what the problem was) but Mom and I have figured out that if we only have one thing plugged into any jack at one time (we can't have the phone plugged in the other room) the internet works. Right, whatever...
So, yeah...um, not much is new, actually. Work is eh, although it's nice to be able to say 'my work week is half over!' on a Tuesday night. It's been *very* rainy here--the average rainfall for October in Maine is about an inch, and we've already gotten a good 10 inches. The anime watching goes on--I'm up to episode 15 of Last Exile, so I'm more or less on schedule (yes there is an actual schedule!). And, while I know I shouldn't encourage them, etc. etc. etc, I couldn't resist.....I bought Hot Topic's 'Li'l Slugger' tee shirt. I know, I know--but a Paranoia Agent tee shirt? It would only be better if it had Maromi on it. Which reminds me, must find and steal Erin's Maromi icon....*plots*
That reminds me--no, I did not make the icon I'm using for this post. I stole it from a post on the Pretear icon community because, well, who wouldn't?
Anyway, I should get to bed. Hope everyone had a good break; later, all!
P.S. I think everyone has seen by now that I've pretty much given up Shocking Tales from Customer Service. Unless there's some sort of huge outcry (lol) I think I'll let it slide--thinking up or remembering things that are general enough (i.e. not just 'one customer once') and just unbelievable enough to make guessing fun is harder than I thought it would be. Oh well, I managed to keep it going for about 7 weeks, which isn't too bad....
