I swear I didn't forget, I just didn't go online for two days. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, K!!!
That list of people I need to email? Yeah, haven't done any of it. Probably this weekend? Work is over for the week (I was smart and didn't agree to work on Friday this time) so I have the next two and a half days to motivate myself.
PortCon in a week, woot! Must print out the stuff to hand out at our panel....and S and M, when do you think you guys will know for sure if you are coming?
Speaking of PortCon and S and M--asuming you guys come, ONE of you has to borrow my copy of Death Note volume 1-6 (after K reads 6). Is there anything else you'd want to borrow? K has Paradise Kiss and Nana 1 and 2 (I just bought volume 3) but if you ask she *might* be able to fit it in her luggage...
I have achieved one of my summer goals, finishing 'China's Economic Challenge'. Anyone interested in China or Asia, particularly regarding economics really ought to read it. Published in 2002 so it's ever so slightly out of date but still very useful and interesting, though quite dense.
I should go and do something productive...or maybe just eat lunch? Later, all!
