amatyultareOkay, I'm in a much better mood after Lessons and Carols and anime (and a nap) but I'm still upset when I think about it...
I got my 'Empire Records' DVD back from D today. I'm happy about that--I really wasn't expecting that he would give it back, since he has his whole selective conscience thing. His mother mailed it to him (which begs the question, if she could find it and mail it to him, why couldn't he have just found it and brought it back after Thanksgiving, but whatever). She also, so he says, sent me a message. The message was:
Stop being such a bitch and go get fucked.
I said something noncommittal back because, really, what do you say to that? It's not the first time that D has directed obscenities towards me, but his mother?
Anyway...I think I'll take K's advice about how to respond--and be grateful that I have my DVD back! I have to watch it sometime to make sure it isn't messed up somehow...
And I decided halfway through writing this that I'm not going to friendslock it--there's nothing in it that *I* have to be ashamed of, and at this point I really think, the more people who have an idea of what D is really like, the better.
Hmm, maybe I'll sleep now. Later, all!
